NSC Closure Due To Hurricane Ernesto
The National Sports Centre [NSC] will be closing at 12:00pm on Friday [August 16] due to Hurricane Ernesto.
A spokesperson said, “The Board of Trustees of the National Sports Centre [NSC] wishes to advise members of the public that the NSC will be closing at 12:00pm on Friday, August 16th, in anticipation of Hurricane Ernesto. The facility will remain closed on Saturday, August 17th and Sunday, August 18th.
“We plan to reopen the 400m track [within the Flora Duffy South field stadium], the North field track and Gym as normal on Monday, August 19th at 6:30am.
“Please also note that the pool will remain closed for maintenance until September 2nd, reopening on Tuesday September 3rd.”
