Nathan Trott Keeps Clean Sheet In Europe
Bermudian goalkeeper Nathan Trott kept a clean sheet in FC Copenhagen’s 2-0 win at home to Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock in the first leg of the Europa Conference League play-offs today [August 22].
Kevin Diks scored a penalty in the 76th minute before Rasmus Falk scored with the final kick of the game in stoppage time.
The teams meet again at Rugby Park in the second leg next Thursday [August 29].
Trott, 25, signed for Copenhagen from English Premier League outfit West Ham United in June.
Last season, he returned to Danish top-tier team Vejle for a second loan spell, playing an integral role as they secured their place in the league, finishing eleventh in the 12-team table.
He previously helped Vejle win the NordicBet Liga – the second tier of Danish football – during the 2022-23 campaign.
