Comet Sailors Racing In Maryland Regatta
Bermudian sailors are competing at the Annual Internationals Comet Sailing Regatta at the Corsica River Yacht Club in Maryland this weekend.
Six local sailors and their crew are taking part in the competition, which started yesterday [Oct 11] and finishes tomorrow [Oct 13].
The sailors in action are Rudy Bailey and his crew George Bailey, Maxwell Curtis [president of the Bermuda Comet Class] and his crew Wesley Tucker, Dale Brangman and his crew Zane Hendrickson, Lorenzo Lambert and his crew Malahku Selassie, Gregory Wade and his crew Jelani Carlington, and Zaniko Hendrickson [commodore/president of Mid Atlantic Boat Club] and his crew Zanikae Hendrickson.
Bermuda hosted the Internationals last year and will host again in 2027.
