Tennis: Trey Mallory Wins Singles & Doubles
Trey Mallory and his UNC Wilmington [UNCW] men’s tennis teammates opened their campaign at the UNCW team invitational with a convincing 7 – 2 victory over Coastal Carolina.
Mallory contributed significantly to UNC Wilmington’s success, securing victories in both doubles and singles competition.
He partnered with Oscar Baumgartner in doubles play, defeating the Coastal Carolina duo of Juan Cruz Collardin and Curzio Manucci by a score of 6-3.
In singles action, Mallory defeated Davide Proccaci in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3.
