Somers Share Repurchases For November
Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announced that during the month of November 2024, Somers purchased 250,000 of its own common shares at an average cost of $13.55 per share.
The BSX filing stated, “The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at November 30, 2024 was 24,041,115 [net of 250,000 treasury shares].”
