Adrian Roach Set For Rematch In Ontario
Amateur boxer Adrian Roach is set for a rematch with Canadian Josh Melvin at the 42nd Brampton Cup in Ontario, Canada, today [January 31].
Roach will look to avenge his defeat to Melvin at last year’s tournament, losing by two rounds to one in the semi-final.
The pair meet in the male elite 71kg division. The winner will face either Kuwar Manu or Abdul Haquni.
“Rematch! Can’t wait to get it on,” Roach told Bernews.
The Brampton Cup is Canada’s largest Olympic-style boxing tournament.
