Traffic: Warwick Paving & Butterfield 5K Race
The Ministry of Public Works has issued road traffic notices for the Middle Road, Warwick on Monday [Jan 6] and the Butterfield & Vallis 5K Race scheduled on Sunday, January 26th.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works advises the motoring public of the following road traffic disruptions due to upcoming events and roadworks:
Middle Road, Warwick
“Rolling lane closures will be in place on Middle Road, Warwick, between Camp Hill and Longford Road, to accommodate paving and BELCO pull-hole works.
“These closures will begin on Monday, 6 January 2025, and continue through Friday, 21 February 2025. This project’s working hours will be weekdays from 7.30 a.m. to approximately 6.00 p.m.
“Motorists are urged to exercise caution in these areas, follow all traffic management measures, and expect delays during the specified periods.
Butterfield & Vallis 5K Race
“A road closure will be in effect on Woodlands Road, Pembroke, for the Butterfield & Vallis 5K Race. This event is scheduled for Sunday, 26 January 2025, from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 am.
“The closure will affect Woodlands Road from the Serpentine Road roundabout to the St. John’s Road roundabout. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and use alternative routes via Serpentine Road and St. John’s Road during this time.
“For further details, please refer to the two attached notices.”
