Dage Minors Competes In English Nationals
Dage Minors competed in the English National Cross County Championships at Parliament Hill in London on Saturday [February 22].
Minors, who trains under Welsh coach James Thie at the Cardiff Metropolitan University in Wales, finished in 167th position in the senior men’s race in 51min 17sec.
More than 1,700 runners competed in the men’s race.
Minors was competing for the Bristol and West AC, who won the men’s division.
“Bucket list day,” Minors wrote on social media. “England Nationals, on the mud and hills at famous parliament hill. 167 out of [more than] 1,700 [runners].
“We won’t talk about 9 to 12k. Rumour says I’m still out there.”
