Parsons Competes At Penn State National Open
Za’Kayza Parsons and her University of Maryland, Baltimore County [UMBC] women’s indoor track and field teammates joined over 30 NCAA institutions and a selection of Canadian universities at the Penn State National Open.
The event is being held at the Multi-Sport Facility & Horace Ashenfelter III Indoor Track.
Parsons took to the track in the women’s 60m dash. She finished fifth in Heat 3 with a time of 7.88 seconds, ultimately placing 36th overall in the event.
