Sanaa Morris & Howard Shine At Penn Classic
Sanaa Morris and her Howard University track & field teammates enjoyed a successful meet at the Penn Classic in Pennsylvania.
Morris, a junior, teamed up with rookies Brooke Cochran, Lindsay Johnson, and Tiffany Mugubi in the women’s 4×400 meter relay. The quartet ran a strong race, finishing third overall with a time of 3:45.58.
Morris also showcased her individual talents, finishing eighth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.45. In the women’s 60-meter dash, she set a new personal best, clocking 7.97 seconds and finishing 16th overall.
