Basden Competes In St. Thomas University Meet
Cameron Basden and his Barry University men’s track & field teammates displayed a strong showing at the St. Thomas University outdoor meet, with Basden making notable contributions in both sprint and field events.
Basden showcased his versatility by competing in the men’s 100 meters and the men’s long jump recording personal best in both events.
In the men’s 100 meters, Basden clocked a time of 11.14 seconds and finishing in 13th place.
In the men’s long jump he secured a strong 2nd place finish with a top leap of 6.90 meters, which is equivalent to 22 feet 7.75 inches.
