Basketball Team Concludes 3×3 Event In Guyana
Bermuda’s participation in the One Guyana 3×3 Quest Basketball Tournament has concluded at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall in Guyana.
The Bermuda team, consisting of John Lee, Yusef Riley, Darea Smith, and Johnathan Lowe, competed in pool B alongside a diverse range of international teams.
The tournament, a celebration of 3×3 basketball, brought together teams from 17 countries, including Ecuador, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, Trinidad and Tobago, the USA, the Cayman Islands, Grenada, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, and Suriname.
In their final pool B division match, Bermuda faced a strong challenge from Lausanne, representing Switzerland. The match ended in a 21-12 victory for Lausanne.
