Video: Blake Montgomery Helps Knights Win
Ice hockey player Blake Montgomery helped the London Knights defeat the Kitchener Rangers 5-2 at home in Game One of the Western Conference finals yesterday [April 25].
Montgomery, who joined the Knights on an OHL Scholarship and Development Agreement in November last year, scored his side’s fifth goal to make it 5-0.
Drafted by National Hockey League team the Ottawa Senators in June last year, Montgomery spent the previous two seasons with the Lincoln Stars of the USHL.
The Knights finished top of the Western Conference, having won 55 of their 66 matches.
They face the Rangers in Game Two tomorrow.
