Trio Represent Steven Gerrard Academy
Three young Bermudian footballers have gained valuable international experience, representing the Steven Gerrard Academy [SGA] Under-18 Nottingham at the Mediterranean International Cup [MIC] tournament in Girona, Spain.
Kai Sampson, Jaaziah Van-Lowe and Nijae Aberdeen featured for the SGA Under-18 at the recent competition.
The MIC Cup includes youth teams from across the world, with matches played in various municipalities around the Girona region.
The Steven Gerrard Academy Under-18 were defeated 3-1 by Kaptiva Sports Academya in their opening game, with Sampson scoring.
Their second encounter saw them lose 3-1 against EES, with Jaaziah Van-Lowe netting for SGA.
They concluded their group stage matches with a 4-0 defeat against Spanish side Girona.
