Assured Declares $0.34 Quarterly Dividend
Assured Guaranty Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per common share, payable on May 30, to shareholders of record as of May 16.
A spokesperson said, “Assured Guaranty Ltd. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per common share. The dividend is payable on May 30, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 16, 2025.
