Mia Fishel’s Chelsea Complete Treble
Mia Fishel’s Chelsea Women have completed the treble after defeating Manchester Women 3-0 in the Women’s FA Cup final at Wembley yesterday [May 18].
Sandy Baltimore scored twice and substitute Catarina Macario netted to seal a superb debut campaign at the helm for Chelsea manager Sonia Bompastor.
Chelsea have also won the Women’s Super League and League Cup this season and gone undefeated across all three domestic competitions.
Fishel, whose father is Bermudian, was not named in the squad for the FA Cup final.
She scored her first goal since recovering from a serious knee injury in Chelsea’s 4-0 league win at home to Crystal Palace last month.
