Nahki Wells And City In Contract Talks
Bristol City have opened discussions over a new deal for Bermuda striker Nahki Wells, whose contract is set to expire this summer.
The 34-year-old joined City from Burnley in January 2020 for a $5 million [$6.2 million].
He has since made 237 appearances and netted 48 goals for the club.
Wells played a key role in helping City’s secure a Sky Bet Championship play-off berth this season, contributing ten goals in 39 league matches.
Head coach Liam Manning has previously expressed his desire to keep Wells at Ashton Gate.
