Clevonte Lodge-Bean Sprint Classic Results
The island’s young athletes delivered some impressive displays in the Clevonte Lodge-Bean Sprint Classic at the Flora Duffy Stadium.
In the Under-17 Boys’ 400 metres, Surii Russell emerged victorious, crossing the finish line in 57.21sec.
Evan Andrade secured second place in 59.17, while Keni Hall rounded out the podium finishers with a time of 1:09.17.
The 11 & 12-year-old girls’ 400 metres saw a dominant performance from Sukanya Jobson, who won in 59.88.
Mylah DeSilva finished second in 1:04.38, with Leydi Raynor claiming third place in 1:06.83.
Norre Robinson demonstrated his ability in the Under-20 Boys’ 200 metres, clocking a winning time of 21.77.
Roman Jones secured second place in 24.11, and Pedro Durrant finished third in 24.28.
In the Under-17 girls’ 200 metres, Amara Samuels took top spot, crossing the line in 25.57.
Kelise Wade finished second in 26.54, while Zakhya Scott completed the podium in third in 26.60.
