Golf Team Resumes Kitty Michael Invitational

Bermudian golfers delivered a strong performance on day two of the 45th annual Kitty Michael Golf Invitational at El Conquistador Golf Club in Puerto Rico.

The Bermuda team, comprising captain Linda Down, vice captain Tracy Burgess, Katrin Burnie, Liz Carpio, Carine Brule, Valerie Nearon, Angela Cook, Katyna Rabain, Lesley Wollmann, and Tracy Nash, demonstrated collective strength.

Carine Brule posted the best score of the day with a 7-over par round. Tracy Burgess and Katrin Burnie each recorded rounds of 9-over par. Captain Linda Down finished the day with a 14-over par score, placing 10th for the round.

In the overall individual standings, Tracy Burgess leads the competition at 18-over par, following consecutive 9-over par rounds. Carine Brule is one stroke behind in second place at 19-over par. Katrin Burnie moved into 10th overall at 29-over par, while Linda Down is 12th at 31-over par.
