Junior Golfers Competing In Optimist Tournament
Bermudian junior golfers Sienna Mosquera, Oliver Betschart, and Dylan Muso have completed the opening round of competition at the International Optimist Junior Golf Tournament in Miami.
Competing on the Golden Palm course in the Boy’s 16-18 Division, Oliver Betschart is tied for sixth after shooting a 1-under par 70. His round included four birdies, twelve pars, one bogey, and one double bogey.
Dylan Muso, also playing in the Boy’s 16-18 Division, finished the day tied for 73rd with an 8-over par 79. His scorecard included one birdie, ten pars, five bogeys, and two double bogeys.
In the Girls 15-18 Division, Sienna Mosquera — who recently won a medal at the Island Games — is tied for 36th place after carding a 9-over par 81. Her round consisted of 11 pars, five bogeys, and two double bogeys.
