Stars & Chasers Win Netball Summer League
Lady Stars and Storm Chasers have claimed championship titles in Bermuda’s Netball Summer League, following the conclusion of a competitive 2025 season.
In the women’s division, Lady Stars secured the league title, led by standout scorer Marissa Brangman, who finished as the highest goal scorer with 105 goals. PHC’s Melissa Burrows was named best attacker, while teammate Debre Evans earned best defender. Devonshire Rec’s Demiqua Daniels was awarded overall MVP for her consistent high-level performance throughout the season.
Storm Chasers topped the coed division, with Antione Williams delivering a dominant campaign. Williams scored a league-leading 231 goals and was also named overall MVP. Sheldon Bahadosingh of BHB was recognized as best attacker, and Rakeem Deshields of Goal Diggers was honoured as best defender.
