Archers Head To Paraguay Training Camp
Bermuda’s Robin Selley and Jaydon Roberts are sharpening their archery skills in Paraguay as they gear up for the upcoming Junior Pan American Games in Asunción.
The pair are attending a specialised archery camp – an initiative launched by Pan Am Sports to offer athletes enhanced preparation in the lead-up to the Games.
The camp features an intensive training schedule, combining technical archery drills with workshops on sports psychology, nutrition, and physiology.
The approach is designed to fine-tune the physical and mental aspects of competition.
Selley and Roberts will represent Bermuda in individual and team archery events at the Games, which start on Saturday [August 9] and run until August 23.
