Bermuda Captive Network Appoints Helen Souza
The Bermuda Captive Network has appointed Helen Souza of Exordium as a consultant to “support its membership drive and business development initiatives.”
A spokesperson said, “Souza brings extensive experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and business development, paired with a deep understanding of Bermuda’s captive insurance sector. Over the course of her career, Helen has worked directly with captive owners and industry stakeholders through her roles at HSBC and the Bermuda Business Development Agency [BDA].
“She has also represented Bermuda internationally, participating in roadshows and industry events to promote the Island as a leading captive domicile. She has also been a speaker at local industry events and is the Chair of the Bermuda Captive Conference Agenda Committee. Through her work at Exordium, she has earned a reputation for connecting people, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating strategies that deliver tangible growth.”
