BTOA Launches Connect Customer App

The Bermuda Taxi Owners & Operators Association has launched BTOA Connect, a new app for booking taxis across the island.

A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Taxi Owners & Operators Association [BTOA] is proud to announce the launch of the BTOA Connect Customer App, now available for download on iOS and Android.

“This new platform provides residents and visitors with a fast, convenient, and secure way to book taxis across Bermuda.

“Developed in collaboration with local taxi drivers, the app is designed to enhance customer experience while ensuring rides are safe, reliable, and fully managed by Bermudian operators.

“Unlike other dispatch systems, which rely on external providers, BTOA Connect keeps all operations local and data within a secure environment managed by Bermudians, supporting local drivers and protecting user privacy.”
