BCB Releases 40-Over Knockout Cup Schedule
The Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] has released the schedule for three upcoming 40-Over Knockout Cup fixtures, set to take place this weekend.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Cricket Board would like to officially announce the schedule for the three upcoming 40-Over Knockout Cup fixtures, which will be held at Somerset Cricket Club and St. David’s County Cricket Club on Saturday, September 6th, and at St. David’s County Cricket Club on Sunday, September 7th.
“On Saturday, September 6th, the semi-finals will see the Premier Division 50 Over League Champions, St. David’s County Cricket Club, face Warwick Workmen’s Club, who ended the season in 4th place. The second semi-final will see St. George’s Cricket Club [runners-up] face Somerset Cricket Club, who ended the season in 3rd place.
“The winners of each semi-final match will advance to the BCB 40-Over KO Cup final on Sunday, September 7th at St. David’s County Cricket Club. All matches will start at 11:30 am, and the entry fees are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors, and children 12 and under are free.
“The Bermuda Cricket Board appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all clubs and supporters as we continue to promote the growth and excitement of domestic cricket.”
