Crime Stoppers Offer $50,000 Reward
Crime Stoppers Bermuda is offering a reward of up to $50,000 “for information that leads to the arrest and charging of individuals involved in any murder with a lethal weapon.”
A spokesperson said, “Crime Stoppers Bermuda wants to remind the public that remaining silent when you witness or have knowledge of a crime allows those who committed it to go free. We understand that some individuals may hesitate to report a crime or share what they know due to fear. However, Crime Stoppers Bermuda’s primary purpose as a local charity is to help individuals report criminal activities anonymously to law enforcement.
“Given the alarming rise in murder cases, we want to emphasize the availability of our anonymous reporting platforms. Crime Stoppers Bermuda’s Miami call center can be reached at 800-8477. Additionally, community members can visit the Crime Stoppers Bermuda website at www.crimestoppers.bm to use their anonymous reporting form, which also allows for the upload of any relevant videos.
“We are releasing a ‘Lethal Weapons Murder’ poster to highlight various murder cases and emphasize the need for public assistance in obtaining justice for families affected by lethal weapon murders. Crime Stoppers Bermuda acknowledges that not all murder victims may be featured on this poster. We will continue to collaborate with the Bermuda Police Service to ensure that cases not represented on the poster receive the appropriate attention in future media initiatives.

Crime Stoppers Bermuda is offering a reward of up to $50,000 until the end of 2025 for information that leads to the arrest and charging of individuals involved in any murder with a lethal weapon. The amount will be reviewed at the end of the year.
