Asia-Leigh Hollis Helps Wheaton Team Win
Bermudian tennis player Asia-Leigh Hollis helped Wheaton College [Mass.] secure its first win of the season, a 6-1 victory over Bridgewater State University at the Rosen Memorial Tennis Courts.
Hollis was instrumental in the win, contributing victories in both doubles and singles matches.
In the number 2 doubles match, Hollis and her teammate Laila Haraj-Sai defeated Morgan Smith and Sarah Pothier with a score of 6-3.
Hollis then secured a straight-sets victory in her number 4 singles match against Pothier, winning 6-1, 6-3, to help seal the team’s overall win.
