Golf: Walker & Leseur Lead After Round One
Kenneth Leseur and James Walker share the lead at the Goslings Bermuda Open after both carded 4-under par 67s in the first round at Port Royal Golf Course.
Leseur, who is qualified for the Butterfield Bermuda Championship, delivered a round that included an eagle, five birdies, 10 pars, one bogey and one double bogey. Walker’s 67 featured six birdies, 10 pars and two bogeys.
Michael Sims, is part of a three-way tie for third place at 3 under 68. Sims’ round consisted of six birdies, nine pars and three bogeys. He is tied with Peter Knade and Jay Card. Chaka DeSilva is tied for sixth place at 2 under 69 with Tyler Hull.
