Bermudians Help Thomas College Claim Win
A quartet of Bermudian footballers helped Thomas College men’s team celebrate their annual “Senior Day” by winning 2-0 away to Maine Maritime Academy.
Stefan Simmons, Cody Robinson, Tre Burgess, and Justin Sukdeo featured in the victory, which improved the team’s North Atlantic Conference record to 4-0.
The breakthrough came just before the half-hour mark when Burgess delivered a pinpoint cross that was flicked on by Jeremiah Gomez to David Ivarsson, who slotted the ball home.
