Pickled Onion Pays Tribute To Joanne McCaul
The Pickled Onion Restaurant & Bar has paid tribute to the late Joanne McCaul.
Pickled Onion Restaurant & Bar said, “With our deepest sympathies, we share the heartbreaking news that we have lost our ‘Wee Jo’. Joanne McCaul was an inspiration to the entire Island Restaurant Group family. Joanne joined IRG in 2004 as a server at Hog Penny, where her dedication and enthusiasm quickly shone through. Over the years, she climbed the ladder into management, leading with kindness, strength, and grace.
“Jo managed several of our IRG restaurants, and her final position was as Restaurant Manager at The Pickled Onion and Brew. Her passion, laughter, and warmth touched everyone who had the privilege of working with her.
“Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family, friends, and everyone who loved our Wee Jo. You will forever be in our hearts. May you find peace and fly with the angels.”
