BEDC To Host Global Entrepreneurship Week

BEDC will kick off Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025 with a community-focused giveaway event and a full lineup of activities celebrating innovation and local enterprise.

A spokesperson said, “On Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation [BEDC] will host a community-giveaway event at its headquarters, 48 Church Street, Hamilton, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Attendees can enjoy complimentary pastries, coffee, and tea, and take part in a spin-the-wheel prize giveaway.

“The event helps build momentum for Global Entrepreneurship Week [GEW] Bermuda 2025, which features a full week of activities designed to inform, inspire, and connect Bermuda’s entrepreneurial community.

“This year, BEDC is partnering with local and international organizations to offer a range of experiences for those interested in entrepreneurship. Featured guests include Pinky Cole, Founder & CEO of Slutty Vegan, and Mack Wilds, actor, recording artist, producer, and entrepreneur. Their participation underscores BEDC’s commitment to bringing global perspectives to Bermuda’s entrepreneurial landscape. They will be joined by Bermudian entrepreneurs who will share their experiences and insights on building and scaling their ventures. This year’s schedule includes:

  • Wave of Opportunity Pitch Competition – Monday, November 17th
  • Beauties in Business Networking Event – Tuesday, November 18th
  • Fore the Ladies Golf Clinic – Wednesday, November 19th
  • The Business of Art: A Fireside Chat with Mack Wilds – Thursday, November 20th
  • Together We Build: Full-Day Conference – Friday, November 21st
  • Bermuda Island Games Video Design Challenge – November 21st–22nd
  • Cocktails with Creators – Friday, November 21st
  • Beyond the Plate: Culinary Conversations with Pinky Cole – Saturday, November 22nd
  • From Hustle to Empire: Entrepreneur Truths with Pinky Cole – Sunday, November 23rd

“In addition to these events, GEW Bermuda will also include meetings with industry partners, international agencies, and networking opportunities that support collaboration and the development of a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem.”
