Powerboat Teams Achieve Top-Five Finishes
Two Bermudian powerboat teams earned top-five finishes in the Super Stock Class at the Annual Offshore World Championship after battling rough seas off Key West, Florida.
The GL Construction / S-25 Team Bermuda, with David Selley as driver and Steven Bridges on throttles, was the highest-placed Bermudian entry, finishing in third place.
The S-12 Team Bermuda Nuff Said boat, piloted by Luis Martins and throttled by Nick Imprescia, secured a fourth-place finish.
