Scott & IMG Academy Defeat Corner Canyon
IMG Academy men’s basketball, featuring Bermudian forward Ralph Scott, defeated Corner Canyon 74-66 in a game contested at Pleasant Grove High School.
The contest remained close until IMG Academy generated a significant scoring surge in the third period. During that quarter, IMG Academy outscored the Corner Canyon Chargers 26-11, establishing the lead that proved critical for the win.
Trey Beamer was the high scorer for IMG Academy, contributing 22 points, which featured three successful three-point shots. Ralph Scott added 6 points to IMG Academy’s winning effort.
