Montgomery’s Badgers Defeated In Final
Bermudian ice hockey player Blake Montgomery’s University of Wisconsin Badgers men’s team were defeated 4-1 away to Western Michigan in the Kwik Trip Holiday Face-Off title game at Fiserv Forum on Monday [December 29].
Wisconsin [13-3-2, 8-2-0 Big Ten – 22 points] got on the board first when Vasily Zelenov converted a rebound.
Montgomery, a freshman forward, and his team are at home to Alaska Anchorage next Friday and Saturday [January 9 and 10].
