Golf: Betschart And West Conclude Peru Event
Bermudian golfers Oliver Betschart and Eric West have concluded competition at the 2026 Latin America Amateur Championship at Lima Golf Club in Peru.
Betschart, 17, finished with a total score of 12-over-par. In his second appearance at the championship, he carded a 9-over-par 79. His scorecard included one birdie, 10 pars, four bogeys and three double bogeys.
West concluded the tournament with a total score of 14-over-par. He posted a 5-over-par 75 in the second round. His performance featured four birdies, seven bogeys and one double bogey.
