Onuri Smith On Pantomime Performances
Bermudian actor, singer and dancer Onuri Smith has reflected on his recent performances in the pantomime Aladdin & Charlie at the Lyceum Theatre in Sheffield, England.
Smith performed as part of the ensemble cast and also served as understudy for the lead roles of Aladdin and Charlie. The production opened on December 5 and finished yesterday.
“Performed for over 52,740 people this panto season. That’s curtains down on Aladdin,” Smith said.
Smith has previously appeared in the pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk in Southend.
He was also part of the ensemble cast of the hit musical Cruel Intentions during its UK and Ireland tour last year.
