BDO Launches Bermuda Office Expansion
BDO announced the official launch of BDO Bermuda, “strengthening the network’s growing presence across the Caribbean and enhancing its ability to serve clients with Bermuda-domiciled structures.”
A spokesperson said, “The expansion underscores BDO’s commitment to delivering exceptional audit and advisory services across the region, with Bermuda representing a strategically important jurisdiction for international business, particularly in the insurance, reinsurance and asset management sectors.
“BDO Bermuda will be led by Gillian McCann, who has been appointed Partner. Gillian brings over two decades of experience advising organisations across the financial services industry in Bermuda and internationally.
“Stewardship for the Bermuda office will be provided by James George, Managing Partner of BDO in the Cayman Islands, who has been instrumental in building out BDO’s insurance and reinsurance capabilities throughout the region.”
