An oceanfront mansion in Florida – described as being Bermuda style — has just sold for $36.45 million.

“It’s the most expensive sale for the small, high-priced beachfront town of Hillsboro Beach since the Versailles-style mansion named Playa Vista Isle sold at auction in 2019 for about $42.5 million.

“Hillsboro Beach—sandwiched between the larger cities of Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach—is defined by a 3.2-mile stretch of Florida State Road A1A named Hillsboro Mile that’s often referred to as “Millionaires’ Mile” because of the luxury residences that line the town’s only main road.

“The estate’s Bermuda-style main house stands on the ocean side, where it has 200 feet of beach frontage. The yellow-painted home maximizes the outdoor space with covered terraces off both levels.Click here banner of real estate 3
