IGI Declares $1.15 Extraordinary Dividend
International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. [IGI] announced an extraordinary cash dividend of $1.15 per common share, payable on April 6 to shareholders of record as of March 18, 2026.
A spokesperson said, “International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an extraordinary cash dividend of $1.15 per common share.
“The extraordinary dividend is payable on April 6, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 18, 2026.”
