During January, Bernews posted over 100 videos on our website, various social networks and on our dedicated video website Bernews.TV, and the most viewed videos for the month included the Fox News clip, Butterfield Front Street Mile Races, Francis Patton ‘Longtail Plunge’, PwC Marathon & Half Marathon finish line, Allshores 10K and 5K finish line, the Butterfield & Vallis road race, Police press conference, PLP unveiling Dr Ewart Brown’s portrait, the Gombeys and more.
As far as Facebook videos, the most viewed for the month on three other social networks were all the same video, with Fox News host Jesse Watters ‘joking’ about Bermuda, on Instagram the most viewed for the month was also Fox News host Jesse Watters, and the most watched Twitter video was also the Fox News clip, with the video racking up almost half a million views across Bernews social media account with comments indicating that Bermudians were generally quite unimpressed by the comments from Mr Watters.
