Sienna Mosquera Set For NCAA Bermuda Event
Golfer Sienna Mosquera will represent Lehigh University at the inaugural Bermuda Triangle NCAA Division I Tournament.
The two-day event will be held at Port Royal Golf Course, with 36 holes scheduled for Monday [March 30], followed by 18 holes on Tuesday. Ten other women’s teams will also compete.
Mosquera, a freshman, won bronze in the women’s event at the International Island Games in Orkney, Scotland, last summer and is part of an eight-player Lehigh squad.
The competing teams are Lehigh, Bucknell, Duquesne, Idaho, Morehead State, Mount St. Mary’s, South Carolina Upstate, Stetson, Albany and Wofford.
Collegiate teams are permitted to compete in one international tournament every four years.
