Adam Hall Set For World Baseball Classic
Bermudian baseball player Adam Hall is preparing to represent Team Canada at the World Baseball Classic in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The infielder, a former Baltimore Orioles second-round pick, is set to play for Canada for the first time since he was a junior.
They their pool A campaign today [March 7] against Colombia at the Hiram Bithorn Stadium.
Canada also face round-robin matches against Panama, Puerto Rico, and Cuba, as they clinch a top-two finish and progress beyond the group stage.
Hall has played for Minor League Baseball teams Biloxi Shuckers and Nashville Sounds in recent years.
