The Bermuda Cricket Board reports strong momentum in its U15 Pre Season Hard Ball Program, which continues to welcome all interested young players.

A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] is pleased to announce significant momentum within the U15 Pre‑Season Hard Ball Program, which remains open to all interested players.

“Our first session on Sunday, March 14th, brought together 23 enthusiastic players from the 11– 14 age group, and we are delighted to share that 50 players have registered so far. The excitement on the field was matched by the presence of BCB Vice President David Horan and & BCB High Performance Consultant Andre Coley, who attended to observe the growing talent within our youth program

Emerging Talent Pool

“For our 15–18-year-olds, we are actively reaching out and inviting players back into the game. After a few seasons with limited opportunities, this is an important moment to rebuild, reconnect, and reignite the love of cricket within this age group — and the BCB Youth Committee is fully committed to making that happen.

“Registration remains open, and we warmly encourage all interested players to join us!

“If you attended last Sunday’s session but haven’t registered yet, please complete the form: BCB Early Preparation Youth Cricket Training

“Players may also register on-site. Boys and girls comfortable playing with a hard ball are welcome.

“After welcoming 24 participants in Week 1, attendance rose sharply to 36 players in Week 2—a 50% increase, demonstrating strong excitement and engagement among Bermuda’s emerging cricketers.
