Traffic Advisory Issued For North Street
The Bermuda Police Service is advising the public to avoid North Street in Pembroke as emergency crews respond to a reported gas leak, with traffic diversions in place and motorists urged to use alternative routes.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service advises the public to avoid the area of the Tools and Equipment building, on North Street Pembroke.
“Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service is dealing with a reported gas leak at that location.
“Traffic diversions are currently in place at Angle Street, Ewing Street and North Street.
“We urge that you use alternative routes to get to your destinations until further notice.”
