Waldron Claims Multiple Top Five Finishes
Bermudian harness pony racing driver Kiwon Waldron recorded a series of top-five finishes during a five-race appearance at Harrah’s Hoosier Park, highlighted by a runner-up performance in the final race of the evening.
Waldron’s night concluded in the 13th race Trot Class, where he drove Bluebird Fancyswan to a second-place finish. The pair posted a time of 1:58.3, marking Waldron’s highest placement of the meet.
The evening began in the fourth race Trot Class, with Waldron guiding Wiggy Hill to fifth place in 1:58.4. He followed that in the fifth race Pace Class behind He’s Bubbly, finishing sixth with a time of 1:55.2.
In the seventh race, Waldron drove Bluebird Capt Pj to a fifth-place finish in a Pace Class, clocking 1:53.4. His busiest stretch of the night continued into the 10th race Trot Class, where he steered Ima Mess to fourth place in 2:00.4.
