Williamson Wins Two Events At Invitational
Bermudian swimmer Sam Williamson placed first in two events and achieved a qualifying standard for the Central American and Caribbean [CAC] Games at the RHAC Spring Invitational in Toronto.
Williamson recorded the fastest time in the 100m Freestyle preliminaries and won the final event with a time of 53.42 seconds.
In the 200m Individual Medley, Williamson placed first in the preliminary heats. He won the final with a time of 2:08.55, improving his preliminary time by almost three seconds. This final time surpassed the 2:09.32 qualifying standard required to compete in the CAC Games.
