Total Collisions Down, But Impaired Drivers Up
Collision data for the period January to July in 2017 and 2018 indicates that while total collisions were down, from 827 to 558 in the time frame, and tourist involved collisions dropped from 60 to 47, the amount of impaired drivers in the same time frame increased from 92 to 125.
