A homegoing service for Edith Vinona Durrant nee Trott, daughter of the late Dorothy B. Trott and Chesterfield Bean, wife of the late Junius Durrant, loving mother to Junior [the late Julie] and the late Andrea and adorable grandson Ryan, of # 6 Atlantic View, Southampton SN 02 will be held on Saturday, 13th July 2024 at St. James Anglican Church, Main Road, Sandys at 11:00am.
Interment will follow service in St. James Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, 12th July 2024 from 6:30 – 8:00pm at CW Pearman’s Funeral Home, Sandys.
Edith is also survived by first cousins: Marie Symonds & family, Joycelyn Rogers & family, Trott family, Winifred Lynch & family and Frances Spring & family; brother-in-law Geoffrey Butler-Durrant, sisters-in-law Norma and Patricia Durrant and Vera Annette Gilbert [Michael]; godchildren: Lydia Perinchief and the late Donna Smith nee Edwards; special friends: Sally Perinchief, Hilda Warner, Sandra Iris, Oriel Butterfield, Esther & Earl Trott, Pastor Maria Seaman & the Shekinah family, Members of St. James Church family and numerous other relatives and friends. Special caregivers: Sonia Jennings, Annetta Morgan, Rolanda Dill. Also, other caregivers that cared for Edith – Darreana, Joycelyn, Lenora and Blondell. Colours may be worn and flowers may be sent.
