Bulley Graham Rawlins Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Else Matcham, in her 95th year, of Warwick Villas, Frangipani C6, Warwick. Else was the beloved wife of the late Roy Matcham, and cherished daughter of Emma and Peter Jorgensen of Denmark. She was predeceased by her brother Jens Ove Jorgensen. Her memory will always be fondly and lovingly remembered by her sons: Bridan Matcham and Peter Matcham, her grandchildren: Ryan Matcham, Matthew Moulder, Sebastian Matcham, Cassie Matcham, Alex Matcham, Lilia Matcham, and great-grandchildren: Charlie, William, and Theia. She will also be sadly missed by many other family members and close friends: Jackie Matcham, Lynne Matcham, Emma Matcham, Aden Peets, Katie Matcham, Melanie Matcham, Philipa Miller, Irving Perline, Sharon Mohr, Debbie Wonacott, Else Tieden, Anagrazia Fiore, Bente Ahern, Ronnie Chameau, Susan and Soren Tang Pedersen, Jane Finlay, special friends: Mary Grace Julian, Mary Grace Tolentino and Mr. Chex, her most adored cat, and of course her vast extended “family” of friends that she met during her thirty plus years working at Trimingham Brothers and many other friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral Arrangements
A Memorial service will be held at 3.00 pm on Saturday, 18th October 2025 at Christ Church Warwick, 96 Middle Road, Warwick. Interment of ashes will follow the service in the Church Cemetery. As requested by Else: Please wear colours, lots of colours! In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to either the Salvation Army or the LCCA, Else’s two favorite charities.
A Celebration of Else’s life… will follow immediately after the service and interment of ashes, next door, at Else’s home at Frangipani C6, Warwick Villas. Cars must be left parked in the Christ Church parking lot with attendees taking the short walk to Warwick Villas, just east of the church. Alternatively, please arrange to be dropped off.
