Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – James [Jimmy] Ebenezer Francis.
A home going service celebrating the life of James [Jimmy] Ebenezer Francis, son of the late Howard Francis and Mary Francis – [nee Jones], in his 92nd year. He is survived by his brother Earl Francis [Beulah]-[Florida-USA], and sister Olive Postlethwaite [Leonard Sr.] the late Kenneth Francis [late Helen] of 9 Narrow Lane, Cut Road St. George’s GE04, will be held at Ebenezer Methodist Church, York Street, St. George’s Saturday, August 19th,2023 at 10:00am.
Interment will follow at the Methodist Cemetery in St. George’s.
There will be no viewing.
Loving survived by nephew: Craig Francis [Fabiana]; great nephews: Howard Francis, Miguel Postlethwaite, and Gabriel Francis; nieces: Tracey-Lynn Postlethwaite [Mark Puckerin] and Chariesse Francis; great nieces: Daynesha Francis and Mia Francis; godson: Anthony Richardson; god-daughter: LeShirl Sizemore – Gedin [Marvin] and special son: LaVince Ellis, and great grand: TiaeVince Douglas; special friends: Janice Robinson, Dorreen Guilband, Louis Ming, Llewellyn Furbert [late Margaret] Muriel Burgess; special cousin: Michael Jones; special thanks to neighbors: Dorothy Caisey, Mary Basden, Bena Bean, and families, The Cut Road Family, Warwick Lane Senior Bowling Group and
Jones and Francis families. Special thanks to caregiver Markus Musson and Dr. Annabel Fountain.
